At Chicago Soccer, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality soccer gear. We understand that customer satisfaction is very important, which is why we are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will work with you to make it right. Shop with confidence at Chicago Soccer, where your satisfaction is our top priority.

Does your purchase qualify for a return?

  • Item(s) must be brand new and have all tags attached.

  • Returns will only be accepted for non-customized items.

  • All returns & exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from the delivered date.

  • If you received a defective item or if we sent the incorrect size or product by mistake.

If any of the following applies to your item(s), then your item(s) does not qualify for a refund/exchange

  • Returns of footwear, shin guards, goalkeeper gloves, socks, etc; will not be accepted if the original box, bag or package is missing.

  • Customized jerseys with name, numbers, patches, logos, etc. All customized items are non-returnable.

  • Returns on used items are not accepted, no exceptions.

  • All sale items are final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Who pays for the return/exchange?

 The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us; however, we will provide the shipping return label, if you received an incorrect size or item, or if you received a defective item.

  • Should you require a shipping label to return your item(s), please do not hesitate to inform us. We are pleased to offer the convenience of issuing a shipping return label with USPS, which typically incurs lower costs compared to those offered by other shipping providers.

  • Please note that if your order is returned to us due to an "insufficient address," we will be unable to refund the shipping cost, as the address was entered incorrectly on your part. 

When do I receive my refund?

Kindly note that the processing of your refund will take between 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package.

  • If more than 5 business days have passed and you have still not received your money back, please contact us at info@chicagosoccer.net and we will respond within 24 hours.

What is the process of exchanging an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a no-hassle exchange policy. You may exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@chicagosoccer.net, and our customer service team will assist you in finding the best available option. Please note that return shipping label costs are the responsibility of the customer, as is the shipment of the new item to you. We appreciate your business and look forward to ensuring that your shopping experience with us is a positive one.

How long do I have to pick up my online order (In-Store Pick Up) ?

You have up to 3 months to pick up your online order. If you fail to do so within this time frame, your order will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you collect your order within the specified period to avoid any inconvenience.
