What shipping carrier do we use?
We are pleased to inform you that all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. However, if you prefer a different carrier such as FedEx, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your options. We are always happy to accommodate your shipping preferences whenever possible.
When will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to track its progress. Please keep in mind that the tracking page may not reflect the most recent updates for up to 24 hours.
How long does it take to ship team uniforms?
Team uniforms might require extra time for handling and processing, up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to complete the production of your personalized team uniform as soon as possible.
While we strive to give our customers the best service possible, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held liable for missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, theft is beyond our control, and we recommend that you contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. We understand how frustrating this can be and will do our best to help you in any way we can.
