Team Qatar

The Qatar team is filled with players from different nations and since 2014, Qatar has formed a very great and standard team. This year they got a direct qualification due to hosting reasons and some may call this luck that they qualified but this might not be the case. The Qatar team is very well balanced including some flaws but if they get prepared and managed well they might get a chance to qualify further in the World Cup.

Team Mexico

The Mexican team stays silent the whole year but in World Cup, their players get a powerful boost. The 2014 campaign can never be forgotten in which Mexico’s goalkeeper stunned everyone with his performances. The Mexican team has great talent and can prove to be a very formidable rival.

Team Brazil

Brazil is the team with the most World Cups but they haven’t won the world cup since 2002. They have a very great squad including Casemiro, Coutinho, Neymar, and Vinicius. Brazil is always filled with talents so the squad isn’t their main problem. They lost the 2021 Copa America to Argentina despite being a powerful team. They lack an enthusiastic team and emotions and if their coach can get them maximumly excited then they can challenge the throne.

Team England

The team England was so close to bringing the world cup back home but failed. This time the team is even more motivated and the players are more polished. Harry Kane, Bukayo Saka, Jack Grealish, Mason Mount, Phil Foden, TAA, and Raheem Sterling are the names that will lead the English side. The England team is more than ready to bring it back home.

Team France

The French side has the most ferocious attack in the whole world cup. Karim Benzema, Griezmann, Dembele, and Mbappe can cause the defenders some serious damage. The defenders of the France team are also no joke, the likes of Varane, Paward, and Kimpembe has made a very strong wall for the attackers, moreover, Pogba and Kante will never be out of breath. The France team is fully loaded.

Team Portugal

Though Portugal qualified at the very last moment but you cannot count them out. The squad has some very great names like Bruno Fernandes, Renato Sanches, Joao Felix, Bernardo Silva and Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese team was knocked from RO16 in the last campaign. Can they make it to the finals? Considering it would probably be the last time we will see Cristiano Ronaldo in the World Cup.

Team Argentina

The Argentina team is the most exciting team of the tournament, not because of the squad depth but because of the energy and the excitement they play with. They are always ready to die for their idol Lionel Messi and the Argentinian badge. The team that has Paulo Dybala, Emiliano Martinez, Di Maria, De Paul, Lautaro Martinez, Lo Celso and Lionel Messi, that team is not much far from the trophy. The Argentina team was so close to the world cup in 2014 but a late winner from Gotze shattered their dreams. Can football give Lionel Messi the trophy that he always has sought?

Mbappe, Ronaldo and Messi – Qatar 2022

Kylian Mbappe

The young hero of the France team that won the 2018 world cup is improving day by day. This year the player is more experienced than in the last world cup. He is also the youngest player to win the World Cup and his chances of becoming a world champion again are possible. The French had a great season with PSG, being their top scorer and he definitely can help France to win the world cup again

Cristiano Ronaldo

The GOAT – Cristiano Ronaldo will be playing his last world cup and by any means, he will try to win it. The Portuguese team is very well balanced and can help him to win the only trophy absent from this career. The 5 time Ballon d’Or winner, Ronaldo is known for never giving up so it will be interesting to see what he will do to achieve his dream.

Lionel Messi

The other GOAT – Lionel Messi is also hoping to win the World Cup this year. After not winning any international trophy for so long, he finally won Copa America in 2021 and Finalissima in 2022. The Argentina team is so much of a beast, they haven’t lost a game since 2019 and are considered one of the favorites to win the world cup. The 7 times Ballon d’Or winner has never sought a trophy more than the World Cup. Can he finally lift this trophy and give his nation a trophy they are yet to win after Maradona’s era?
